remember when we were little,
and we used to make those homemade valentines cards
with the glitter glue and fancy scissors
and the construction paper?
man, i miss that.
just, being able to play around with creativity
and then send cute notes to whoever passed by.
and, giggling with you friends over your second grade love.
then secertly slipping them an extra card,
in hopes that they would like you too.
those days were so easy, and feeling happy was natural.
now, as we've matured,
those feeling of happiness get harder and harder to come by,
and ruffle scissors and glitter glue isnt there for you anymore.
instead, we have our electronic friends we text, or IM when needed.
i miss daily face to face connection,
or even talking on the phone opposed to text messaging.
the human component isnt there anymore.
electronics take away the love.
